emma seckel is the author of the wild hunt (tin house, 2022) and is an award-winning writer and photographer. she has received degrees in english from the university of st andrews (ma, 2017) and the university of cambridge (mphil, 2023), and in law from the university of british columbia (jd, 2021). she can usually be found knitting increasingly elaborate sweaters for her friends and family. she lives in london.
